Georgia: Cost of Living

It appears one can get a decent sized house with a lot of acreage for under $400,000.
Barnesville (for example) 80 acres for $375,000 (2,296 sq ft house).
Monticello has 156 acres for $775,000 (5,008 sq ft)

It seems you get more for you $ in Georgia, however there are really nice houses in IN.  65 acres with a 6,160 sq ft house is $489,900
